Electric Vehicles are here, and we are at the forefront of the electronic vehicle charging solutions.
From 2030 onwards, the majority of new cars sold in Australia will be electric. Whether you are looking to support your own EVs or operate charging stations on a larger scale, we can assist you with the right setup, installation and management of a solution for you.

EV CHARGING
Environmentally Friendly
EV charging is a crucial component to meet Australia's net zero by 2050 target. Join the movement towards reduced greenhouse gas emissions by supporting the technology designed to do so.
Superior Service
If you're offering your tenants the convenience of a residential EV charger, or your customers are able to charge their EV while they shop, an EV charging station can give you a valuable point of difference from your competition.
Increases Property Value
Having EV charging facilities not only raises the value of your property, but makes it future proof as numbers of EVs rise.
Cost Effective
Not only is the cost of EV charging significantly less than skyrocketing petrol prices, but EV charging provides you with the control to take advantage of off-peak periods or leverage excess solar energy.

What are the four types of EV charger?
The four types of EV chargers are known as Level 1 (2.4kw to 3.7kw) , 2 (7.0kw to 22.0kw), 3 (50.0kw) and 4 (150.0kw to 350.0kw) chargers.
Level 1 involves plugging your car into an ordinary 240V household outlet. This level has its use as a portable charging option but charges too slowly to be useful for longer road trips and is not feasible to offer as a charging station to the public.
Level 2 chargers supply 240V, commonly wired back to a switchboard. This level provides a much faster charging speed than Level 1, to the point where it is utilised in many public places such as shopping centres, universities and commercial buildings.
Level 3 and 4 chargers are the fastest chargers on the market and may require adaptors for some EVs on the market. They are ideal for long distance journeys and governments and businesses are beginning to invest in them as the popularity of electric vehicles rises.
How long will it take to charge my EV?
The length of time it takes to charge your EV will depend on the size of your battery, and the speed of your charging point. With a Level 3 charger, this could be as little as 30 minutes, but with a big battery on just a Level 1 charger, it could take as much as half a day for a full charge.
Approximate times are listed below:
Level 1 Charger 2.4 to 3.7kw, time 5-16 hours, Km per hour 10-20.
Level 2 Charger 7.0 to 22.0kw, time 1-5 hours, Km per hour 30-120.
Level 3 Charger 50kw, time 20-60 minutes, Km per hour 250-500.
Level 4 Charger 150 to 350kw, time 10-40 minutes, Km per hour 1,000.
Can an apartment block be retro fitted for EV charging?
While many modern apartments are accommodating EV charging in their planning phase, older apartment buildings can provide more of a challenge. Fortunately, there are a range of solutions to choose from and we can help you choose and install the most suitable hardware and software for your situation.
Can anyone install an EV charger?
Given the potential safety hazards involved with installing an EV charger, installation should be carried out by a licensed and certified electrician with EV charging experience. They will be responsible for ensuring all existing standards and installation regulations are followed and the required residual current devices and circuit breakers are installed correctly.
What software is required for an EV charging station?
If you plan to offer a charging station to members of the public, the right software will be vital for managing and charging for your assets. We work with Everty who provides software to manage the operation of the physical assets (the charging stations) as well as providing an interface for users which handles authentication and billing.
