In Celebration of the 2023 HIA-CSR Tasmanian Apartment of the Year

The Sackett's team are proud of our partnerships, so we want to congratulate Lyden Builders, who won the 2023 HIA-CSR Tasmanian Apartment of the Year (Penthouse), and is a Finalist: 2023 HIA Australian Apartment of the Year.

From the beautiful tiling to the expertly-crafted joinery, the property exudes an aura of elegance and sophistication. The exceptional build quality perfectly matches the client's inspired vision, guaranteeing an incomparable experience of opulence and refinement for those seeking short-term accommodations.

Guest comfort and privacy were made top priorities, with a careful division between the apartments and the commercial spaces on the lower floor. The addition of an elevator makes moving between levels a breeze, and the well-placed trash facilities ensure a neat and well-maintained environment.

The Western is a blend of space and luxury. The deluxe three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment enables guests to take in panoramic Hobart views and unwind in the rooftop bathtub under the stars. With room for up to nine guests, it's an ideal Hobart retreat.

The Eastern is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with views of Mt Wellington to the River Derwent. The spacious penthouse accommodates up to seven guests.
